Travis Lauchman on Purchasing and Re-selling Residential Property

Travis began his real estate career in Baltimore City as the Director of Sales for Charm City Builders. During that time, he was involved in hundreds of residential real estate transactions throughout the entire lifecycle from acquisition, construction, and eventually sale.

Since the beginning, he has formed several companies and partnerships including his current role as owner of Lauchman Real Estate Corp which is primarily focused on purchasing and selling residential property in the Greater Baltimore region. Travis’s pride and motivation is his family including his wife Shanel and 3 young children: Owen, Heidi, and Fiona.

Other than real estate, Travis is a sports and outdoors enthusiast. He was on the University of Maryland boxing team and has played basketball since the age of 10. He is high-energy, enthusiastic, and a half-full type of guy.
